Hi there,

I'm wondering if you track any of the new condo developments in Calgary or are aware of any pre-sales for projects coming up this year?

In these pre-sales, do they allow you to bring an agent in with you?

I know Indigo Sky up in Saddleridge is currently in pre-sales.

Most pre-sales do allow buyers to use agents, but not all.
I sell a lot of pre-sales, including the Drake development in Calgary right now and we do work with other agents.
I'm aware of most pre-sales planning to open up this year, and also some that are not going to which people likely are expecting. Depends which area you are looking at.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for all the responses. Sorry I should have been more clear - I am looking for pre-sales with completions in 2-4 years.

One that I noticed was that Sunnyside project for Battistella.

I'm looking in and around the core.

I should have been more clear but I believe that certain stuff has just become available. I know that most units have been available for around a year as it went Brava then encore and then Ovation but have a feeling that some stuff in their has just become available. Ill look more into it.

Nuera 2.0, Oslo, Drake, and Midtown come to mind not exactly sure on completion dates but its a start

Nuera 2 - Not going on sale
Oslo - Not pre-selling; won't sell until 2012
Drake - Great Idea!

completion 2013
Midtown - Shut down and looking to sell the site

I can't say I'm surprised about midtown being POV and all but I am surprised about nuera they have a website going and everything I assumed they were already selling but I guess not

It probably just feels like a pre-sale at Ovation. Damn near the entire building is empty; even worse with those "townhouses" in the complex too.
