The Habs have been ignoring the doom and gloom preseason predictions. They are looking good and their penalty killing helped them win this game going 4/5.
The power play was the way to score for the Rangers and Caps. Both teams each scored twice on the PP. Carlson with 3 points, Ovechkin with 2 goals, and the Rangers Neal Pionk had 3 assists in a losing cause.
How the hell are the Ducks doing so well? Perry's absence was not suppose to turn out this way. Kesler with 2 goals (ugh). Gibson is the reason the Ducks are flying right now as he almost had the shutout, Cizikas scored on him with 35 seconds left in the 3rd period.
