I watched the trailer, I said meh.

Girl Power raaar.

They just finished Gotham which I really liked, it was dark and creative and didn't need the Super Hero angle.

I looked at this preview, and honestly, I thought masterbatory fan film?

Robert Pattinson is the new Batman.

That’s gonna go over well...

I'm pumped, sad we are losing Batfleck but life goes on. Matt Reeve is a great director and we are getting momentum on a Batsolo film which is great. Patterson was great in Good Times , can't wait to see him in the cowl kicking ass and getting Batman back to the top of the box office.

James Gunn and Suicide Squad seem like a perfect match.

If DC just gives James Gunn enough freedom to do his thing, I'm sure it's it extremely entertaining and possibly a lot better than that.

Well, everyone knows that vampires can turn into bats...

I just looked at his IMDB page, and it appears that he's been in a lot of movies that I've never seen. I've heard he's done good work since the Twilight films.

He does appear to have a strong jawline that will look good in the cowl. Also, his nose looks like he's someone who has been punched in the face many times, so that could add some gritty realism to the billionaire playboy.

Many people though Heath Ledger would be a terrible Joker.

And Michael Keaton would be a terrible Batman.

Pattison is a good actor. This is going to boil down to the script and director not his acting ability.

Batman - "Do you bleed?"

Superman - "Do you sparkle?"

Something else worth keeping your HBO subscription for after Game of Thrones:

Never been so confused and intrigued by a trailer in my life. Lots of actors in there I like though.

Pattinson's a good actor. He's just got that Twilight stank. Like an ex-Edmonton Oilers player.

Could be Dubnyk. Could be Yakupov.

If you want to see what Pattinson can do watch good time, it's a great movie and he absolutely crushes it, was good in lost city of z too

Hes done exactly what Radcliffe has done when after ending their big movie series, being super selective and picking a variety of roles no matter the size of the film

Pattinson seems to be ready, or maybe just getting more noticed, to move to the big roles now, he was cast in Nolans next movie too, just based on his acting talent I have no doubts he can be great as batman

I know there are some people that don't care about earnings, but i don't care that you don't care:

Quote:
According to Box Office Mojo, Endgame has earned $770,805,870 at the North American box office after four weeks of release. The film sits above 2009's Avatar, with $760,507,625, and below 2015's The Force Awakens, with $936,662,225. While Endgame still hasn't eclipsed Avatar's worldwide box-office record, many think it is only a matter of time.
https://www.cbr.com/avengers-endgame...ic-box-office/

2.6 billion globally, 1.79 billion behind Avatar.

No problems with Pattinson at all. My bigger concern is what the heck DC is doing wth all the different Batman movies. It's like the character's getting a reboot every other year. This is worse than Spider-man.

But not worse than Spiderman 3....so its a step in the right direction!

Perhaps Pattinson's Batman will Box Phoenix's Joker?

Holy crap does that look bad. It doesn't even look real. Like some high school students put it together in 40 mins.

Seriously this isn't a real show right?

I was really amused when she said "I'm not about to let a man take credit for a woman's work" and I was thinking "Uh, you are taking pretty much everything 'Batman' and claiming it as/for your own..."

This doesn't impress very much, which is a shame, as I rather like the comics.

Haha! Yeah, lets just skip the fact that shes piggybacking on his identity, his reputation, his tactics and strategies, his resources, his money and his equipment.

Sure. He should get no credit at all.
