2nd fewest points surrendered in the league.
Decimated with injuries all year. Roberson, Thurman missed games, Washington wasnt here for 1/3 of the year, Wall missed 1/2 the season, and so many others.
Weak link?
I think Monson did a hell of a job considering.
Though i agree Killam should be given a shot.

Yes defense was the weak link this season. They couldn't stop Winnipeg or BC when it mattered. Yes there were injuries but that's part of the game as plenty of WR and RB's were in and out of the sick bay and the offense still performed fine. Sacks and turnovers were a bright point but they couldn't stop any team through the air as the pass defense was simply terrible.

Corey Mace would have been a great defensive coordinator here.

i was surprised that o'shea re-upped so soon after the GC loss.
The bombers front office staff have been pretty busy in the past two weeks signing Biggie, Jefferson, Nuefeld and O'Shea
Lalji tweeted the other day that things in the Bomber front office were interesting with Walters having one eyar left of his deal. Not sure what is so interesting about that - guys signs for X year, and has 1 year left on his deal.

That looks like a typically Eskimos midweek transaction list, although I thought Carter would have a lifetime contract under Jones.

Stamps have some key free agents (especially on defense) that they need to re-sign.

Unless his workouts go bad I wouldn't be surprised to see him get a contract. Lots of QB needy teams out there in the NFL.

Since the Stamps season ended I've been pondering the idea of LaPo coming here to be the OC and have full control of the offensive playcalling. Does anyone else think it may be a good idea or am I out to lunch on this?
