Who is to blame?

Everybody.

It is a miracle we’re sitting in a play-off spot at this stage.
This is a bit misleading. Low scoring skaters are fine if they're outscoring the opposition. +/- indicates they're not. But that +/- is being driven down by the goalies not being able to stop a beach ball.

The forwards haven't been great (Huberdeau in particular has been disappointing), but they're not nearly a problem on the level of the goalies.

His line mates need to get open so Huberdeau can find them

That’s the type of star he is lol

Look I know we have to move on from Gaudreau and Tkachuk, but we all knew the team would have more trouble scoring, the results we are seeing are somewhat expected. This is a good year to miss the playoffs if that occurs, some really good prospects in the draft. I would not mind a couple of vets traded at the deadline for some more prospects, I think we have to restock our prospect pool a bit

If this continues as is, decisions will need to be made at the deadline.
My biggest fear is we are a mediocre bubble team again and play with a get in and see what happens mentality the next few years.
I want this team to show they're a serious contender or rebuild; I personaly have no interest in between and am losing interest in watching lately.

The rebuild ship sailed with the big 3 new contracts.

the game has passed sutter by....

you win with speed and skill nowadays and its seems sutter does not know this...

The team last year didn't have a problem.

The game hasn't passed Sutter by, our team hasn't gelled, our defence for the most part hasn't stayed healthy, Huberdeau has been hurt and we are missing a top 6 forward.

He just won the Jack Adams & led his team to a division title.
The game has passed him by in the last 20 games??

Of all the legitimate criticisms of the team and of Sutter; this ain't it.

They don’t have the same style of players at forward and they are still trying to play like they do. It’s not really working and it’s like they are in denial.

Sutter has to figure out how to generate more offense with what he has. Or they need to change the roster.
