The foreclosure section has turned out to be pretty popular. I thought I would add a couple more sections.
Basement suites can be great as that second source of income. I just found a client a place where he will live down and rent up. The rent from upstairs covers nearly 100% his mortgage.
With the new mayors plans to legalize the majority of basement suites it might not be a that bad of an idea to consider these as an option.
