Well, Tomb Raider is the next multiplatform game to enter the THUNDERDOME(tm) and information is trickling out as we near release. We're a week away so no crazy analysis yet but this is already out there:
On average: PlayStation 4 = 60 fps Xbox One = 30 fps
Yes, the PlayStation 4 build is, on average, twice the framerate of the Xbox One build. Both builds are rendering at native 1080p resolution, and generally look the same in graphical effects (though some minor differences may apply). Performance is a different matter. Both feature unlocked framerates, meaning framerate fluctuates between higher and lower values. The Xbox One build can technically reach around 45 fps, though this performance is generally only achieved during the most empty, simplest environments. For most of your play, and during action scenes, the Xbox One build will sit on around 30 fps. On the other hand, the PlayStation 4 build will attempt to hit 60 fps as often as possible, and does a pretty good job of doing so, but does have slight dips under 60 fps during certain scenarios.
So there it is. Both 1080p. PlayStation 4 = ~60fps average. Xbox One = ~30fps average. Take with a grain of salt if you’d like, but we’ve confirmed it on our end, and confirmation for the rest of the world is only a week away.
Actual gameplay with the producer here as well - it looks pretty good. 50:00 mark for PS4 frame rate confirmation. No mention of Xbone framerate though.
I'm pretty sure Tomb Raider was my game of 2013. Some pretty glaring issues, but it's the only game I finished where I immediately started over and played again. If this ever drops in price I might even pick it up just for fun.
Yep. It has less good graphics, sound, story, characters, platforming, set-pieces, variety, and puzzles. The combat might be a bit better but that's about it.

You're using the PS3 as your benchmark and that's the problem right there. Tomb Raider is a very good looking game on PC with everything maxed.
Exactly, Uncharted is a PS3 exclusive so they got to tailor it for the platform. Since Tomb Raider is multi-platform, PS3 usually ends up the worst version because it's so hard to optimize for. Thankfully PS4 reversed that so I'm quite looking forward to picking up the redone version
And since combat is such a huge part of both games, that's why I rate Tomb Raider far higher than Uncharted for enjoyment. Combat in TR is actually fun, you get to choose if you want to be stealthy or blow #### up, and enemies react like how you would expect them to (no Mexicans in wife beaters soaking up a clip of ammo). The crafting and upgrades are great as well, and the rebooted Lara Croft is just a more interesting character than Drake plain and simple.

Looks like street date for Tomb Raider has been broken (good idea on their part with interest high with all the news breaking about the frame rate difference). People are already streaming it.
