Lots of help by the officials in that one for the Riders. Its pretty bad that not only do the officials on the field not understand what constitutes pass interference, but neither do the review personal in Toronto. That last pass to Williams, he practically got pants by the Riders DB when he was trying to get back to the ball.
That Riders defense and especially that secondary is not good, against a third string QB they allowed 29 points, against Harris its 60.

To be fair there was terrible reffing all around. Including 7 pts off the board for the riders.
Also, Ottawa allowed 30 against a guy who's been with the riders for 2 weeks.

Oh CFL. Man it gets hard to defend this league. How could they let a team circumvent the cap like this to house and pay players that aren't on the roster. Sigh.

Bo was right. The cheaters were fined $60k and had $26K deducted off salary cap for various roster violations.
Cheating, and still only 1-5.
