A reminder to conservatives - a vote for the UCP is a vote for the Wild Rose Party, not the PCs people remember. That party is dead. The word Conservative in that acronym is to pull at your heartstrings only.
|
And a vote for NDP is a vote for Jagmeet (since the parties are integrated), just transition, anti energy, anti Alberta , pro Trudeau, support the east at the cost of the west, etc. The NDP will be the end of Alberta, how soon we forget the disaster that was notley.

My parents live in my suited walkout basement and they're very much on the "Trudeau wants to destroy Canada" side of things.. so while I don't THINK they'd vandalize an NDP lawn sign if I put one up, they'd probably put up a UCP one.. which I think would make EVERYONE in the area confused and angry lol.

Interesting observation on my street. Sunday there were a significant number of generic NDP signs on neighbor's lawns. Yesterday they had been replaced by signs with candidates names but there were significantly fewer of them, I'd say probably half as many houses as on Sunday. Maybe there's just a lag in getting signs for the actual candidates out to replace the generic signs but it was quite noticeable how many fewer NDP signs there were yesterday compared to Sunday. Total count of all other parties on my street is still at zero however.

Alberta is different then other provinces because it has mostly been conservative. If you like Alberta and like that it is different, you wouldn't vote NDP. Jagmeet/Trudeau controlled NDP will destroy Alberta, nothing good will come from an NDP government. Does the NDP even have a platform? Do you even know what you are voting for? I guess all politicians toss their platforms in the trash as soon as they get voted in anyways, but still.

I appreciate everyone's right and willingness to have a lawn sign, but thank christ my street has (so far) been unaffected by those eyesores.

Lighten up, Francis. It was in reference to my previous discussion of a perfectly formulated voting system, that some here took offence to.

Holly ####ing LOL. I love Alberta despite the Conservatives ####ing it up for decades, not because of that.

Jesus man give it a rest.
We get it.
You're not that smart.
You don't need to keep telling us.
Like I'm gonna take political advice from someone who is too dumb that they can't even figure out how to google "Alberta NDP Platform"

The irony of someone using this quote to claim someone else is brainwashed, is just so astonishing, I have to wonder if it is some sort of performance art.

I'm not convinced he is a troll, I think he's really just that stupid. But also a perfect example of the 50% or so of Albertan's who are voting for such an obvious disaster. It's fascinating to see just how ignorant they are, and how willing they are to admit it.

That’s what Republicans do. (I’m not sure if you’re serious.)
We don’t agree with you so we’ll strip your vote.
