Of course not.

By saying she kind of deserved it I'm not saying she deserved every single comment thrown at her no matter how vile they were. I mean fans losing respect for her for how she left.

Ok, QT.
He's best buddies with Cody too right...wouldn't be surprised if he at least gets a look in NXT to start.

I doubt WWE see him as a "Wrestling Star" either (I don't think anybody but QT Marshall does) but do think they would find a role for him in terms of training in developmental, and also potentially some back stage stuff.

I'd think they'd jump all over him for a coach/development role.

He's not NXT material. He'd do better going to AAA where he actually got over as a heel. Maybe he can do something in TNA (and yes, they're going back to that name).

That seemed to be how they are angling. Start with the here for the fans angle and turn him into the Mercenary coward heel who is just here for the money.

CM Punk just cant help but be holier than thou. It only works as a face if you're an underdog, which he will never be again.

I still wonder if it's going to be MJF in the Devil mask and the twist is he set this whole thing up to try to protect himself

"Greatest trick the devil ever played is convincing people he didn't exist"

He has everyone convinced he's this big face but in the end he's still jut playing everyone

I hate that yet again there's yet another tournament to crown two non-AEW champions. The wrestling is fine and dandy, there is talent on that roster! I just don't care about the ROH or NJPW titles. That and the outcomes of all these tournament matches are rather predictable.

What is it with Tony and tournaments? Vince HATED them, which never made sense either. Yet there should be a middle ground between none and having them dominate three shows every week.

I believe the tournament is to fuse the titles. Consolidation for AEW is a good thing.

And I don't think they're that bad. For a roster that is so deep, you need excuses for guys to wrestle each other, and mix some drama in between.

Did you see Swerve vs. White last night? Damn! I still don't know why Swerve was let go by WWE, he's going to be an absolute star.

Agreed on ROH, but I would say a pretty good chunk of AEW fans are AEW fans because of NJPW (myself included), and the partnership with NJPW means the integration makes sense.

ROH, however, needs to be its own separate entity.

The Continental Classic is basically a straight ripoff of NJPW's G1 Climax tournament. The G1 is one of my favourite events in all of wrestling, but the thing that makes it great is the winner gets a HW title shot, and the tournament always includes the major NJPW champions in it. Having them included usually means some upsets and more unpredictable booking.

I guess my point is that I don't really mind TK holding tournaments similar to what NJPW does, but they need to be set well ahead of time and the booking needs to be much better.

In other news, Britt Baker isn't happy with her TV time. Totally bizarre how they cast her aside after Hayter went on the shelf. She's not the best worker in the women's division, but she's the most talented on the mic.

Pretty funny how the F bomb Adam Copeland dropped was totally missed by the censors, but about 5 seconds after it happened they were censoring basically just crowd reaction for about 10 seconds. One would think some advance warning had been given? It was hilarious anyway.

AEW's insane women's division booking giveth, AEW's insane women's division booking taketh away.

She spent so much time at the top when she probably shouldn't have. Now when the division needs her and she can help, they are inexplicably using her less. I take pot shots, but women divisions are notoriously hard to book otherwise we'd see them be more successful. Other than the original Impact Knockout group and the recent WWE run there have been very few consistent groups with consistent booking.

One of AEW's weakest parts is their use of the Women's division. Almost every single former WWE has floundered, except Toni Storm who had to reinvent herself and it's working.

But even then, they barely get much time as a whole on the card.

I think Impact/TNA and NXT are the place for the best women's wrestling. Even main roster WWE isn't bad.

Ok, Toni isn't just one of the best performers in their Woman's Division but in that company. But their woman's division is just not deep, and yeah its poorly booked which is a shame.

I don't watch Impact anymore, but its Knockouts division was superb in its day. NXT is very strong. The problem with the main roster, is outside of Damage Control which is fire, it always feels like the same group on top which is Becky, Charlotte and Bianca, and I'm not overwhelmed by Charlotte and Becky anymore.

But Britt was over pushed when she was the big player in AEW and the craps showed early. Its not surprising like Ruby falling on her face, her flaws in WWE were pretty apparent but papered over, same with Athena who I thought was good in the ring but bad in all other aspects.

Now if you'll excuse me "Chin up, tits out, watch for the shoe"
