Was feeling an itch for a fighting game, so picked up Street Fighter 5 on a whim as it was on sale. And while NetherRealm toned down the sex appeal of their fighters to go for a more realistic look in the Mortal Kombat series, Capcom just doubled down on the slutiness factor it seems for their female cast. I'd be embarrassed to play as Cammy or Laura in front of the family, and I'm not a big fan of the roided out look they gave the males either. At least the gameplay is good
I bought PGA 2K21 on a whim. Dumped about 8+ hours into it in a week. So fun and relaxing to just play golf after putting the kids to bed. Although I might need to up the difficulty as I am killing the field

I just wish I had a better computer to really enjoy the graphics and scenery.
Man that looks good, am I going to hard swap from Warzone for this?

I have it on Xbox Series X but I am so disappointed in how much content is locked behind in-game currency. I can't even change my shirt in create a golfer without buying one? Seriously? It's 2K, I shouldn't be urprised, but goddamn.
I sincerely believe Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07's 'Game Face' is unrivaled to this very day.

I just got a PS5 and started with God of War. I've never played the franchise before but it's so damn pretty on the PS5.
I have never played the series but decided to play it over Christmas with it being free on the PS5. It was an amazing game and I can’t wait for the sequel
Damn guys some parts of God of War 2018 just don't hit the same without having played the originals.
I've played all of them from the start, one of my favorite franchises.
Except that you can't even play GoW 1/2 without a PS2 or PS3, and even GoW 3 has aged rather poorly. I tried to play it again after the new one when Sony gave away the PS4 remaster, but I found it almost impossible to get into the combat after playing GoW 2018. Plus the dialog can be pretty cringy, it's obviously a game made for the teen and 20-something demographic
They did a good job with 2018 though as far as making it an entry point for new players in addition to pleasing the old time fans. There are definitely references to the first 3 games, but there's no need to have played them to understand the story
They’re still awesome games guys, all time classics if you ask me. Even the PSP games were pretty good.
I think it’s also the only time I’ve seen a game have the balls to do a cliffhanger ending and then start literally right there at the next game. Most games would be like “ohhhh yeah Kratos fell off Olympus and now has to do a boring tutorial level” but nope, you’re fighting Poseidon, and Gaia, and it’s huge and crazy right away better get with it!
They were very cheesy, immature and very "video gamey" in their presentation. If you tried to make those games into a TV series, for example, it would be totally unwatchable. The medium has come a long way.

BF2042 and Dice have already announced they will be using a combination of Easy Anti-Cheat( same system used in Fortnite) and one built by it's developers. When cheaters have been found and determined they are actually cheating, they will be banning accounts and hardware...permanently.

Halo Infinite’s preview flight is open to the public this weekend if anyone’s interested. You download the Insider Hub app on your XB and install it from in there.
Really enjoying it so far. Classic Halo gameplay, yet nicely modernized. I can already tell the armour customization/season pass stuff will be a hit, and I absolutely love the sound design. The weapon audio and other sound effects are all super meaty and gratifying.
