This is an enjoyable show.

The actor that plays Roy Kent is nailing it.

I also really enjoy what Coach brings to the show. He is how you do a supporting character.

Coach Beard is also the principle writer.

Coach Beard has the same quirky personality as one of my childhood friends, almost to a T (except no acting).

So each episode feels like he's there providing commentary.

I didn't catch why he was so protective of his book when Ted picked it up. Maybe we weren't supposed to know.

I was a little worried after the first episode this season that it was going to be too focused on Nate's storyline, but episode two was absolutely perfect, vintage Ted Lasso. Obviously the rivalry with Westham will be a major plot point all season and there will be some Nate-heavy episodes, but hopefully more like this one.

My hope is that they don't go for a full redemption arc for Nate, but go as far as him reaching out to Dr Sharon... the 'seeking help is the first step' sort of arc.

Also, as someone who has championed Trent Crimm as a romantic match for Rebecca last season, there was a look between them in this episode that just made me think that the show still could go there.

Do you wish it could be hotter?

Cracked me up when I heard this song playing once the game started:

"The song is intended to sound to its Italian audience as if it is sung in English spoken with an American accent, however the lyrics are deliberately unintelligible gibberish with the exception of the words "all right"."

Enjoyed that little nod to Norm Macdonald.

I'm not sure I've ever been so attached to a show and its characters that it's going to feel like a hole in my life when they're gone.

Honest question, as someone who tends to know a lot of random ####. How does anyone know something this random?

I'm not sure, years ago I saw someone else post the video link with an explanation before. Maybe on Reddit? It's a pretty memorable song so it stuck.

Good episode this week. I feel like each week has gotten stronger.

I was definitely disappointed in ep 1 …ep 2 was better, but still weak-ish …ep 3 was a lot closer to my expectations.

I feel like these first few episodes have been mainly for setting multiple storylines in motion …with the typical feel-good corny jokes kind of crammed in as an afterthought to make sure we remember it’s Ted Lasso.

My guess is that we’re going to get some incredibly strong episodes from this point forward. Football is life!

I spent the whole episode thinking about how desperately I want a Zava on the Flames

I want a Zava jersey.

The fake English song made the rounds on Twitter a few years ago. Brilliant touch.

Trent Crimm I swear to god if you screw this up and make me hate you...

My indomitable trust in Trent will not be shaken. Also, Roy would kill him.

Strong episode. Continuing the season trend where each episode has been better than the last.
