I also got the 120% credit and contacted them today to request a refund instead (I read that if you go to
https://stubhub.community/ and PM one of the stubhub reps, they could process it). There is a good chance I would use stubhub again, but at this point I'd rather have the cash in hand. They said it would take up to 120 days for them to process the refund; hopefully they don't go bankrupt in the meantime...
