Has anyone else noticed a reasonably recent inability to post gifs from gboard or Microsoft SwiftKey, using Chrome on Android?

The Gif button on the keyboard is greyed out on the one and on the other when I select the gif to insert, nothing happens. At the moment I have to open the giphy site and copy from there.

I just used Image Shack and it was free and had a re-sizing option. Imgur is blocked at work.

Finally figured it out. For anyone who can't figure out where to find direct link from imgur, I had to long press on the image and open in a new tab; the link ending in png should be there in the address bar. I'm using the brave browser app on Android.
