Who knew they even had a Director of Amateur scouting? I thought they just used the cover of the Hockey News Draft Preview and then just picked names out of a hat for anything beyond 3rd overall.

Makes me sick to see Beau Akey in an Oilers uniform. He’s a good one, and didn’t deserve to be drafted by that organization.
