i have a second new miner pc with windows 10, phoenix miner (you can use any mining software) in an open "miner" style case. I just built this one.
it has an atx power supply and a server power supply with breakout board and heavy duty gpu power cables purchased from

breakout board can power several gpu's.
Also included are two gpu risers.
his doesn't have any gpu's but i have 1 older gpu to get started if you need.
radeon vega 64 8gb, an older card but it's very good for mining. I can set it up/teach how to use, if you need.
