Ekholm has been a sim stud for many years, consistently ranking as one of the top defenders in the CPHL.
Last year, he was the 2nd leading scorer amongst D and the 20th highest scoring skater.
He has the 4th highest amount of assists, 5th highest shot % of
all skaters in the CPHL and was 2nd for blocked shots as well.
He's the 19th highest rated Dman. There's higher rated D who score more in the NHL but I'd argue there's not many in the sim better than Ekholm has been.
A gem and a half, this Swedish superstar is the quintessential back-end leader and a true #1 D in this league.
