Its likely a combination of two things for these guys:
1) its not they can't get laid, its that they can't land the girls they want to land
2) they feel isolated and these incel places have become their community and they allow themselves to be radicalized. Social media has caused this in bunch of aspects of society - but the young man demographic are the ones who tend to act violently.
