Same here. Needed some emergency furnace work recently, and Keith hooked me up with his colleague at Chestermere Heating and Cooling. Great, quick and honest service, awesome guys.

You should get flames gimp’s hot tub guy to call and scream obscenities at them. He could probably even forge a fake warranty for ya.

Multistage furnaces seem to be a nightmare. Simpler is better. OTOH parts could be a problem. Everybody has Carrier parts.

Parts are a huge problem lately. My Carrier's inducer motor just packed it in, there are zero replacement parts in Canada and Carrier's best estimate for when they will receive them is February. I'm lucky, my bother does HVAC work so he came down today from Edmonton with a Payne unit he was going to install elsewhere and canibalized it to get me working again. We'll swap everything back out in the spring when he can get parts. Parts have been a major issue for him since summer. Carrier or anyone else but he deals mainly with Carrier.
