Default Game 9: Blue Bombers at Stampeders

Good news as Don Jackson returns to the Stamps lineup for today's game - Depth chart is below:

Hope Jackson regains his form from prior to his injury. The Stamps have missed the running game aspect of late though a lot of that can be pinned on the o-line as well. They seem to have sprung a leak there and it has really shown. If they can find the right mix again it would be huge.

I suspect we see a much more focused team than last week.

Stamps by 6.

Stamps need to take Andrew Harris out of this game early as he's a duel threat both running the ball and as a receiver out of the backfield. I thought the defensive line didn't get much pressure on Collaros last week, they need to ratchet up the pressure on Nichols today.

Should be a good test today as the Bombers do have playmakers on both sides of the ball. Stamps can’t afford to be sloppy like last week. I hope with Jackson is back DD can put away his bed & breakfast playbook and start calling a more aggressive game on offense.

I'll be in attendance today! Last time I went to a stampeders game was 2011 in Moncton!

Should be a bounce back game after a terrible performance last week.

I predict Stamps cover -9 without too much trouble, also predict that I get drunk at McMahon today.

I will guarantee one of those two things.

Need much better games from both lines today - both were really brutal last game.

Quick strike from the Bombers and they lead 7-0 after the Stamps go two-and-out.

It's early, but Don Jackson doesn't look fully healed from that pulled hamstring (doesn't seem to have the same explosiveness that I saw earlier).

Anyone know who is calling the D plays since Claybrooks is in hospital?

How does Bo take a time count violation there? Why doesn't DD or Bo call timeout? Dumb mistake likely cost at least 4 points.

Why do I get the sense it's going to be a long day? Stamps already playing like they do in the 2nd half with a lead.....

Rod Black - Bombers bouncing back in a big way today

Uhh Rod, they've made exactly one good play and that was from their back-up QB
