Scary as hell situation. I have had to experience that with a family member on a couple of occasions in the past couple years and it is terrifying as all hell. Hopefully it is nothing big or serious.
Wish you all the best TJ and for his family (BigBrodieFan).

Very likely a syncope or seizure event. Can be concerning for sure, however most cases like this a diagnosis is hard to determine or find. And it may never happen again. Lets hope for the best.

It's instances like this that remind you that hockey is just a game and all those times I've been mad at a player because of the result of a hockey game seem ridiculous.

Scary situation. This happened to one of my co-workers on the job recently. Was taken to the hospital, and after being evaluated it looked to be a one off random type thing.
Damn, I hope he makes a full recovery. We sometimes think these players are super-human due to the fact that they are in top physical shape but we’re all human at the end of the day... Rest up TJ!
He took a hard hit last night when his knees were taken out I wonder if he got concussed this happened to a classmate of mine he was concussed the night before but didnt realize it then the next day at school he passed out in his desk convulsing although I dont know if brodie hit his head on the play. He definitely looked uncomfortable when he got up

Yeah, its a good reminder.
We're big fans here but it's good to keep things in perspective at least a little. It's crazy how life and death people make the results of a game and how some border on hatred towards a person they've never met, who dons the sweater for their home team.
Good thing he was there with everyone, and medical staff, hope he is okay. Late August I had a possible seizure while asleep, was out for 20 to 30 minutes, have a MRI scheduled in about a week , to help find out what happened. The neurologist said less than 30% of people that get a seizure never get another one.
