If the NHL doesn't want to see Lomberg jumping Dumba, maybe they should employ some referees who could officiate the game.

It looked more like a Charlie horse on Koivu.
Gio is no Marchant. Koivu needs to be less of a pansy.

Two goal lead, and a chance for his first NHL goal.

In Koivu's defense, he had Gio clearly beat and while I doubt it was intentional to deliver a knee and knee, it was a gut reaction by Gio to stick it out a bit in hopes for Koivu even to jump over and slow him down. It's unfortunate he caught him though, and I'd be pretty pissed, regardless if it was a perennial Lady Byng candidate.

None of that would have happened if they called the blatant trip on Backlund at the Minnesota blue line

No I’m actually pretty mad about this. I hate seeing concussions especially when it happens to our own players. It reminds me of last year when Frolik missed an empty netter and Mike Smith ended up pulling his groin. Backlund better not be out for any period of time.

If Vegas manage to pull out a win against the Hawks, that'll push the Wild out of a playoff spot. Screw you Dumba. Hope your crap team keeps sliding down into the basement.

Wasn't he on the ice already? I assumed so because he was right on him.

It looked like he was trying to catch the puck Koivu was more collateral than anything.

I don’t find anything more infuriating than when the refs decide to “control” the game. Minnesota’s down by 2 with an empty net but heaven forbid they call an obvious infraction against Minnesota because that would ruin the chance to keep the game close. Just call infractions you idiots, disregard the score.
