Couple other things I've seen lately...Portugal is taking the TBD spot on the calendar...F1 is looking to trial a sprint race for race start order at Brazil, Baku, Canada...Alonso was in a bad biking accident today, sounds like he's gonna be ok tho...Rich Energy is trying to get back in as a sponsor, lol...Mazepin is still a POS...
Also, I think we can expect the trailer for Drive to Survive season 3 soon, usually comes mid February and episodes release end of February. I sure can't wait because that was an interesting year for F1
I'm looking forward to 2022. The current formula is tired and stale. I really hope the raise the rev limit more than 3,000 RPM. Get these things back sounding like race cars.

"They suffered from Ferrari's cheat last year because they had Ferrari motors and could use less gas, so I think Alfa would be pretty good this year when they get their full power."
"So Ferrari's getting out a new engine, right?"
"I dunno if it's a new engine but they're allowed to use it to its full power. Having to use less gas was their punishment for their cheating last year"
Pretty interesting

@btimbit...I dont even know how that would work?? I would assume Haas be under the same penalty then? And I thought the rules was a fixed/max flow rate which was how Ferrari were cheating (expandable piping)??

Time to start digging into this... :-)
Yeah I'm really curious, I wish more info would come out. If it affected Alfa then yeah it must have affected Haas too.
I was gonna try and read into it more later on tonight as well
Interesting implications too, like does this mean maybe Williams didn't really take much of a step forward after all, that they were just competing with handicapped teams?
The silver arrow has been reduced to "maybe a little silver on the back of the shark fin". I'm not sure we need another black car on the grid, will have to see what everyone else does.
I’m a sucker for red and white, I like the Alfa livery...though it is very similar. Alpine looks nice too.
I too am jonesing for some throwback colours. I want a Williams “Rothmans” blue and white and a bright yellow Renault.
Alpine looks very nice.
As far as throwback goes, McLaren really missed the boat when they had Honda power. Granted the combo was Sam Bennett level garbage, but would have been the best looking car on the grid.
