NYR should be monitored 24/7. Almost everyone is on the market. Nash, Grabner, McDonagh, I've heard Zuccarello and Kreider could be on the market. Maybe Staal and Pavelec too. Good for the market as this gluten of supply will drive down prices for all the buyers. We might be able to pick up someone decent for less than we expected.

If you could get Kreider at a discount because of the injury he is returning from you gotta look hard at it. I feel like he'd be a great fit from his return and onward.

Kreider is also on a really good contract. I think it would cost quite a lot. I mean, the fact that they got a third for Nick Holden suggests a seller's market, though it's too early to tell I suppose.

Don't watch enough of Holden, but he has averaged 20+minutes in the last couple years. Very servicable defenseman.
