I've never been that comfortable with the Flames defending a lead in the playoffs before. They gave Dallas nothing until Gios untimely penalty.
Need to get the top line going 5v5. I don't think I heard Lindholms name after the first.
Gaudreau and Monahan especially have down fine defending but they need to start tilting the ice in their favour if they don't want to get destroyed in shot metrics for the rest of the series.

Good solid effort. I really like that they composed themselves after Dallas tied it with a bad goal. Good businesslike effort in the third. Great start to the series!

Love the win! Great to see the Flames play through the unfortunate bounces that led to the Dallas goals, stay composed, and overcome what could have been a heartbreaking gaff by Gio at the end. Real character, real resilience. Flames have another few gears too!
