That’s handball all day. If he doesn’t use his arm, the ball spins away. Surely if that’s on a defender than everyone is screaming for the penalty, and you can’t have it both ways.

It cant be said that Spurs werent worth it. That was an excellent performance.
City just look old, tired and completely out of ideas. Outside of one chance where Lloris made a great save they really werent threatening.
They threw Sterling and Foden on there and...they might as well have not bothered. They did nothing.
Although, Spurs may be staring at losing Alderwiereld for some time. That looked like a muscle injury.

Armpit/bicep is what I saw and the part of his body that Dean was pointing to when he disallowed it which by the rules is not handball.

Gotcha, I just read more on how Bicep isn’t handball, unless deliberate.
I guess it comes down to the interpretation of the subsequent control, which Slava mentioned there-after (apologies Slava).
