Did seem that the Fan960 had some intel that made it look like Mitchell was moving on.

Boomer seemed similarly negative about the whole situation this morning and with his tweet last night.

Wonder if something did change this morning/afternoon that made him realize he wanted to stay in Calgary / Calgary upped their offer.

Maybe it was all a ploy from the Stamps and Bo to convince the Riders they had a chance, all to prevent them from targeting another QB. Fan 960 must have been in on it

The biased Stamps fan in me initially just wrote those comments off to them probably being closet Riders/Bombers fans (given where they're from) who wanted Bo to leave, but deep down I was getting a little worried they knew more too. Especially given Bo has his own 960 show so they obviously must chat a lot. Phew!

I know they have big hope for that Foreman fella as well...so I think the WR position may be OK with Brescasin Lynch and Sindani as the non imports. Might need one more guy there at most.

Help needed badly, at this point, in the secondary and at LB.

O-line needs at least 2 more guys.

Boy there is going to be a lot of change.

The receiving core should still be a strength, especially if Eric's knees hold up. Remember that we kept our running backs as well for the most part we got a offense with good chemistry back. But yeah, I still worry about the tackle stops. LB is going to be the big concern for me, its tough to find those game breakers out there.

Hearing from #CFL sources that DL Micah Johnson is about to become the highest paid defensive player in the #CFL. That would put him above Adam Bighill’s contract that averages around 250K per year (750K over 3 years via

I'm still kind of sad that I couldn't see Rogers play in the NFL. He would have made it down there for sure.

That sucks, Tunde is a versatile guy not only on defence, but as a returner as well. Oh well, can't keep everybody.

That's a massive signing for the Bombers.

Looks like an all west grey cup this year.
