agreed on the teen burger, long time favourite, but recently I tried A&W's cheddar bacon uncle sirloin burger...hmmm...wow, so good, new favourite. burgers from burger inn are also really good, and there fries are awesome. though they are not quite as much fast food for me for some reason (even though they are).
as for chicken - wendys spicy chicken burger (aka #6 on the menu), haven't tried the kfc one yet though, will have to do that

Harvey's. In N Out isn't bad in the U S of A either.

The Burger Inn is my choice while in Calgary. The home cut fries are awesome also.

Harvey's all the way, they don't cook their meat in microwaves.

The grilled southwest chipotle chicken burger is the only thing I like at mcdonald's.

In N Out is pretty decent, but hardly memorable.

ok that sounds really good... I don't know if they do it back home, but Guac on Subway subs is awsome too.

Does White Spot count as fast food? If so, I nominate them

If there is one thing Vancouver does right, it is White Spot in their arenas.
And I've found American fast food restaurants are not very good. It really does have to be Alberta beef, or it's crap.

Beef - the new bacon cheddar sirloin uncle burger at A&W. Oh I'm serious.. look at this face.
Chicken - I don't mind the southwest crispy chicken sandwich at McD's. I'm sure there is better out there for cheaper.

The Whopper is the best fast food burger available in Calgary. The Spicy Chicken from Wendy's is the best fast food chicken burger available in Calgary.
