Considering how slow condos are moving and the offers that other condos in the neighborhood seemed to be getting I consider myself lucky. Got some low ball offers from $135-$147 (I mean really, c'mon, I'm keen but certainly not that desperate).

Yeah. Im in the same boat. My listing for a similar condo in Briar Hill is going up tomorrow. I was curious how much you had to come down.
