Barr has been so very complicit in every nutty thing that Trump wanted to do with the justice department. I take it he sees the writing on the wall and is a rat fleeing a sinking ship, counting on his many indiscretions being disregarded as the US moves on. I'm surprised he's not in line asking for a pardon though given how prominent his complicity has been.

I dunno, it's possible that there are many far nuttier things that Trump wanted DOJ to do that we don't know about...

Likely trying to get ahead of a massively damaging story. Like Barr's interpretation of the of the Mueller report before the actual Mueller report came out. Barr will 'investigate' the allegations, release a summary exonerating the White House and when the Biden Justice department looks into it....
Re-opening a completed investigation! Witch Hunt!

I'll see myself out.

NM I don't know how to embed tweets
Dan Rather wondering what all the White house staff suddenly became so polite, wondering around the halls saying pardon me to everyone,

This thread lays it out perfectly. Almost twenty examples, all with links, are given for why a non Trump voter might call a Trump voter stupid. The conclusion provided is that calling a Trumper stupid is being charitable. If Trumpers aren't stupid, then their support for Trump makes them bad people, far worse than stupid. I myself prefer the stupidity explanation, because the alternative is far far scarier.

That list could be about a hundred examples longer than it is.

Definitely. Like tear gassing American citizens who were peacefully protesting so that he could stage a fake photo-op with a bible.

So when they find out that she spent $100,000 staying in trump hotels over the next year, is there a money laundering case to be made?

[GT] US election - It's 2020, what could possibly go wrong?
The lawyers in Trump’s camp are unbelievable
Quote:
Whoops. The latest legal filing from former Trump attorney Sidney Powell in her Georgia lawsuit accuses Dominion voting machines of flipping votes from Biden to Trump — which would mean the president gained fraudulent votes. One GOP attorney calls it an “epic fail.” #gapol
