Triple bottle, because I might be hitting it soon.

Seriously though, that was won by the manager today. Unai Emery said and did what needed to be done at halftime. Villa simply pounded Arsenal throughout the second half and Arteta, didn’t or wasn’t even capable of responding.

Palace needed that win bad... allows them to stay up and means their new stand will almost certainly get built. they have outplayed teams recently and dropped points on flukey bounces like the luton draw and 2/3 starting cbs and their main CM are injured. Best attacker Olise just back and rusty. team had been reeling and that win means a lot more than 3 pts.

But wish it had been at city's expense instead of liverpool. I hope brighton or spurs can take some points off them

I get the distinct sense that Everton suck ass.

Oof that was terrible... I am pulling for Luton to get past them and send them down finally. They are like a turd that won't flush. Their style of play is pure brutalist even when they are winning too... old fashioned hoofball.

But with Forest, Brentford and Shef at home they will probably get the points they need, just too easy of a sked. If they go down they will really deserve it with those puffball games.

Just a guess but I think it's gonna be between Forest and Luton to go down.

Maaaybe Brentford get sucked back into it if they lose their next 2 as their schedule after that is a little tougher, they could easily lose all 3 of those. Luton are obviously in the worst position points wise and Forest have easy teams but all away from home, they could also stumble home on 1-3 points if they aren't sharp.

That tweet seems insane coming from an official account. I’m not a NFFC supporter, but when you look at these decisions you do wonder what the VAR official could be thinking. Maybe the one against Young isn’t a foul (I have no idea what handball is these days), but those other two are pretty clear and obvious.

Not saying reffing in UCL is amazing or anything, but when you go from watching the standard there to the PL standard it's a pretty steep falloff. PL reffing continues to be abysmal.

Conventry win it at the death lol. I still think ten Hag was getting sacked even if they won the FA Cup, but this leaves no doubt, might even happen tonight.

Edit: Nevermind, offside.

It really is a shame because whether it's United or Coventry, they would both be going full bus in the final against City. But at least Coventry are lovable underdogs, this United teams reeks and isn't particularly likable at all.

Hojland is going to erect a folding chair in the centre circle and spend most of the time knitting a scarf.

Antony should be embarrassed with taunting Coventry players after the game

So, does Ten Hag get an extension now? Maybe 5 more years?

Chelsea really would be getting relegated without Palmer.
