Default Box Scores Database?

I'm looking for box scores by period from the last 5 or 10 years in a format where I can sort and query in Excel or whatever. I want to build or download is a sheet that looks like:

Game Number - Home Team Name - Away Team Name - Home Score Period 1 - Away Score Period 1 - Home Score Period 2 - etc...

I googled around a bit and didn't find what I'm looking for. Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks.

I don't know of a database or spreadsheet, but I recently found out that the NHL has an API with this kind of info. I haven't found a good documentation of the API yet but it looks like it has a lot of history:

You'd have to figure out the numbering scheme and build some software to go out and grab all the desired information for whatever time period.
Uncertainty is an uncomfortable position.
But certainty is an absurd one.
