It's probably what they need really. They can't contend with the current roster which is almost set in stone for two more seasons. If they could pick top 3 they may be able to get a good young player that can step in the next couple of seasons when they can get rid of some dead weight. The problem is they probably have enough talent where they will be picking outside of the top 5.
