Looks like Culkin and Ramage will be the healthy scratches. Gillies (suspended), Cundari (injury), Hanowski (injured) also out.

Granlund and Reinhart are still deadly on the PK.
Looks like Sven is getting some PK time too.

The Archibald-Jeffrey-Tomernes line is eating us up. They can't do a thing against them.

Wotherspoon's going to be a full-time NHLer by January. Book it.

Yup I am hoping the Flames move Smid to make room.
Wotherspoon still plays the left side on D? or did Huska move him over to the right side?

I believe he's on the left side with Kulak on the right tonight. I haven't got a chance to watch many Addy games, so I'll keep an eye on it.

I'm listening to the game and they certainly sound like they're back on their heels.

They have been most of the game unless the Granlund line is out.
Utica's got 25 shots on Ortio so far. They've been peppering him.

I can't even describe how much I enjoy watching Acolatse and Tousignant out there. I'd forfeit the game if I had to play against those guys. They're such pricks.

Why are the baby Flames getting so destroyed so far this season...? Adjusting to a new coach and all?

End of the second. Still 1-0 for the Comets.

Young, inexperienced, still adjusting to the pro lifestyle, new coaching staff and new teammates.
Tonight they're not doing horrible. Ortio's definitely on his game. Utica's defense just isn't allowing any shots from the slot. I could be wrong, but it feels like so many of the Flames' shots are coming from the outside. Easy peasy saves for Markstrom.
