Honestly was just debating if I was going to even watch either series then I read your post and was like I probably will spend my summer nights doing better things

Every time Vegas has won the Pacific division they went to the conference finals. Meanwhile when the Flames win the division they are lucky to get to the 2nd round.

Rematch of the 2020 WCF Dallas took in 5 games on the back of Khudobin. Should be a good one.

Well definitely not a shocking WCF. The two best teams all season. One of the backs of defense and goaltending. The other on the backs of solid depth. Should be a good series. Dallas in 6.

Dallas in 6. Thanks for your service this season Vegas, but you can go ahead and lose now.

Fugly WCF…

Really the final four to me are not something I’ll get into watching.

The only saving grace is no Oilers or Avs… so there’s that.

Not sure why it’s “fugly”. Vegas won its division, Dallas was second (to the team people expected to win it all).

I'm going for the Knights. Hopefully going to the final results in a hangover for next season.

#### the Knights, Kraken Sharks, kings, Ducks, Canucks, and Oilers.

I hate any team in the pacific that isn't the Flames.

The only time I like the Knights is last series when they play the Oilers or any future series when they play the Oilers. Or any future series when they play the Canucks.

Cheering for Dallas, but this might be Vegas turning the tables from the bubble and using a depth goaltender to win the series.

I actually quite like Roope Hintz as a player. I also think Miro Heiskanen is an excellent player and should finish 4th in Norris voting. Dallas had one bad season with like 79 points...moves up in the lottery and between Hintz, Robertson, Oettinger, and Robertson finds 4 key players in 2 years with 2 of them being second rounders and another a late first. I can respect a team that pulled this off. Certainly some luck and they botched it a bit by not taking Makar...but Heiskanen is hardly a miss.

I don't like all the times Benn has terrorized my team, so screw the Stars.

It would be amusing to me in Eichel won a Cup before McDavid being the 2nd overall pick behind him.

Cheering is a strong word, but I think I'm partial to Vegas winning.

I'll say this. I'm not a fan of Vegas the market, the bandwagon fans, and what I've heard about their ownership/upper management (cutting corners, sabotaging the Jets practice sessions and physically confronting media members). But I like a lot of their players, and I like Eichel. Lehner and Reaves being gone helps a lot too.

In terms of that group of players, they're hard to begrudge. And ending that Oilers nightmare lends them some good will from a Flames fan.

I wouldn't mind it.

Aside from Pavelski and Oettinger, I wouldn't be too thrilled about Dallas winning.

I still think Tkachuk needs to fall short here. I can't root for him going all the way. This run and the commentary around it has been a slap to Flames fans, when the Flames had little control over how that turned out. Chucky and Benny torching Toronto was enough for me.

Hurricanes would be full marks. Great team.

Let's see if these two teams can duplicate what happened in the eastern conf. game.

What do you mean, the oilers aren't playing in the final? We were told they were going all the way?

Hrudey admits he was focusing on Skinner last series and pretty much ignoring Hill. Yeah, we know Kelly.
