When I saw the title on Netflix I assumed it was a Resident Evil spin off. Turns out is based on a comic book and looks kinda neat. I might have to give this a try.

My wife is all over this, I’ll make my way eventually, sounds intriguing.
Is it wrong that when I first heard about it all I could think about, and was hoping, it was a series based on the early years of the Umbrella Corporatin.
Just finished the last episodes last night. Great show with a lot of different elements going on. My question about Klaus:
Spoiler!
if Klaus only recently perfected his power in the last episode, what exactly was he contributing as part of the squad during their missions?
Spoiler!
I think the easy answer is the minor comic difference spoiler that I have under here, but from a show perspective remember that Vanya wasn't trained as part of the group because she lacked power but because she had too much power. So he could have still been trained with the hope he'd reach his full potential that the dad somehow seemed to know about. And if not, oh well, no big loss.
Also, it would have benefits if you could talk to the recently dead to find out where the murderer is hiding for example. So I don't think it's necessarily useless.
Comic spoiler
Spoiler!
He had other powers in the comic including telekensis
Often two, three, four eps will go by and I can't decide whether i like or dislike a show. But here I was surprised how quickly I was invested - great first episode, hope it holds

I really liked this show. It moves kinda slow and definitely has it's cheesy moments, but there's lots to love here.
The Characters are flawed and that makes them awesome. I love flawed characters, makes them more real but also leaves room for them to grow as the show moves forward.
The story line had me hooked right from the first episode. I just had so many questions, and once the season ended I had so many more! I was definitely left wanting more and for me that's a sign of a great show.
The soundtrack is also pretty awesome.
Can't wait to see where they take the show for season 2.
I’ve watched three episodes and am finding it of little interest. I’m older and don’t like shows based on cartoons, except Superman and Batman, the ones I grew up with. I don’t know if I’ll continue.
Just started this one. Really loving it so far. The quality is very good for non-cinema content. Great balance of character development and action. Only 4 episodes in but loving it so far.
Girlfriend wanted to watch it, so we got through the whole thing in a week. It's apparently pretty popular. Ellen page isn't half bad, most of the other performances are mediocre, leading to some cheesiness. Good effects, excellent soundtrack, couple of particularly cool / memorable scenes. Not exactly top tier quality TV by any stretch in this era, but not bad either, and certainly entertaining. I'd put it roughly on par with Last Kingdom in terms of quality. I'll probably end up watching the second season.

I'm finding the acting from Klaus, #5, and Hazel to be quite good. The performances and scripting are all definitely within the realm of "comic book" in terms of quality though.
