Amnesty International has toxic working culture, report finds

Quote:
A review into workplace culture, commissioned after two staff members killed themselves last year, found a dangerous “us versus them” dynamic, and a severe lack of trust in senior management, which threatened Amnesty’s credibility as a human rights champion.

That must be the most weakly reasoned and poorly worded letter possible under the circumstances

Figures an organization that wanted to free a terrorist like Mandela wouldn’t want Alberta finding enemies of the state!

I’m just getting into the good Albertan mindset and channeling my Rob Anders vibes.

One would think Amnesty International would have higher priorities around the world but apparently not. Things in Subsaharan Africa, Russia, China, Myanmar, the Middle East, and Venezuela must be a lot better than they appear.

Well, that's quite a short sighted and ignorant comment. They constantly and continually help lots of people and advocate for rights in those exact regions, for years.

Someone should report those heathens to the Inquiry, Amnesty International is full of foreign-funded vitriol and is distinctly un-Albertans in the highest manner!

Solar panels in Alberta? That is absolutely Barbaric! I'm glad we finally have a way to report these Barbaric Practices to the government for the safety of all! Hopefully the UCP put in an "Albertan Values Test" to root out all these evildoers!

Low quality post then, added no value. Seems like you were just looking for a drive-by since it wasn't pro-UCP.

Well Amnesty International is known to not be the quickest at drafting letters, so it is understandable that the parent branch as well as the 66 other national branches dropped everything they were doing to prioritize this over everything else to ensure it got done.

Screw it, anyone not driving a gas engine pickup is going to be flagged and we'll see who's still left in 2023.
I'm playing it safe, I drive a diesel pickup.

Even those socialist Europeans drive diesel. You're not Albertan if you're not Rolling Coal.

It's probably best at this time to report your neighbors who have light bulbs installed by EEA. May as well get rid of the remaining non-compliant apostates. Bag 'em and tag 'em.
