No catch there. Trapped the ball. Doesn’t matter though. Bombers dominating.

You have to give the Bombers credit. They went into Calgary and Saskatchewan and won playoff games in tough buildings to win in. Then today, they’ve just been dominant. Full marks to them for a three week run I didn’t think they’d pull off.

Jeez some of you are extra critical. There is cringe worthy stuff in every league (Gene Principe, Loubardious anyone?). Overall I thought the production, half time show, pre game has been top notch! Remember, the CFL doesn’t have billions to spend like the NFL. For what they have this has been excellent.

Yeah looks like a great time there and a fun crowd, I'm happy about that. I don't even like country music and thought Keith Urban was good. Looks like a successful event overall, i like it. Not bad weather either, kinda wish I was there!

A tighter game and a slick new stadium and this would be awesome.

The cheater’s cheating bothers me less than Simoni Lawrence’s dirty play.

After game 1 of the season, I would’ve bet a million dollars Zack Collaros wasn’t gonna win the GC this year for any team, let alone the Bombers.

I was just going to post this, haven't heard Simoni's name very much tonight which is a good thing.

Speaking as somebody neutral towards both teams, was hoping for a closer game. seems like Calgary put on a good party, Urban was a good profile act to have.

Congrats to the Bombers and their fans. It’ll be nice to go back to hating them instead of just feeling sorry for their sad sack franchise.

Hamilton now 0-5 in their last 5 GCs? 0-4?

Yeah this is me too. Disappointed in the game - as it was over early and Hamilton really played poorly
But it was a strong production with a very good half time show.
The game itself? Pretty crappy.
I know a lot of folks in Winnipeg. Happy for them.

They've become the Bruins of the CFL.

Read a tweet that said the Bombers looked like a team that prepared all week to win the Grey Cup, while the TiCats looked like a team that read their press clippings all week.

Full credit to Winnipeg -- not just tonight, but the entire playoffs. It looks like a lot of their fans made the trip to Calgary so I'm happy they can finally celebrate (and put on some pants, apparently).

Also happy for Collaros, especially considering his decline after 2016. I had a feeling at the start of the playoffs that Winnipeg might be a tough out if he could kickstart the passing game. It worked.

It's funny -- Hamilton looked the part all season, but at the end of the day Dane Evans looked like a QB starting his first ever Grey Cup, while Collaros looked like the battle-tested veteran.
