Finally a game that we can all enjoy completely stress free. Feels so good to have the division locked up.

I don't know about anyone else, but I have been enjoying stress-free hockey for weeks.

Yeah, about the only thing I have been interested in lately has been Gaudreau's individual point totals and Markstrom's usage. The playoffs can't begin soon enough

I might be one of the few but I enjoy stress filled hockey and all the drama that goes with it. It just adds to the excitement of the game. I can't wait for the drama to being in game one of the playoffs.

Harnaryan Singh, Greg Millen, and Scott Oake are calling the game.

Time to punish the poor old canucks.

Should be a good game though. They will be desperate.

I would love to see Wolf play tonight. Just because it would be cool.

He does not deserve the net tonight, Vladar does.

Still cool the kid gets called up. Gets to hang around the team and get 10 times the pay without even playing. I mean $1250 per AHL game is alright, but $12,500 per NHL game is sweet.

If he is up with big club for the next 4 games that is almost like getting a 50 percent bonus on his pay for the season in the AHL.

My math may be off somewhat still that is a sweet bonus. Happy for him.

No Cassie Campbell Pascal tonight would be a bonus.

I don’t think this has been mentioned.

Calgary Flames have the opportunity to become the second team in the last 25 years to have THREE 40 goal scorers. TB did it in 18/19 season.

Tkachuk has 40, Lindholm has 39 and Johnny has 38.

Outside shot for Mangipane with 35 also. He's been hot lately and goes on goal streaks.

When you have a rival lying on the side walk bleeding and demoralized, you finish the job, and make sure that they remember that they're no good, and that they can't make eye contact with you anymore.

Stomp the crap out of them.

Flames are overdue for a complete team game. Give them nothing and score on everything, send the Canucks home 2 points closer to Shane Wright.

I appreciate Singh’s enthusiasm but he has a long way to go. He is trying, but I’ve heard him refer to power play goals as shorthanded, describes a player skating through the neutral zone as having time and space… good effort but just off

9 years ago today, these were the 12 forwards we iced for the game:

Hudler
Mcgratton
Aliu
Baertschi
Bancks
Byron
Cervenka
Hanowski
Horak
Blair Jones
Max Reinhart
Ben Street

Of those players, McGratton had the 2nd highest career points coming into the game, with 19.

I can't imagine being that bad again, and we still only managed a 6th and a 4th OA. Edmonton truly is team that knows how to lose.

Seeing Hanowski gives me heart palpitations. Thank god the flames are where they’re at now.

Cervenka jersey might be my all time low as a flames fan

To be fair, that was a one off game where most regulars were given the day off. Backlund, Cammeleri, Stajan, Stempniak, jackman.
