when they were at the top of the charts, I was adamantly Team Posh/Scary. after they broke up I switched to Sporty...now looking back at their first videos I don't understand why that wasn't my choice in the first place, she was obviously the best singer and dancer from the start. it might have been that metal tooth that turned off young Inglewood but that is no longer the case.

Look, if your wife is on a boring diet but it keeps her fit, that's a sacrifice you make every time.

Fish and veggies are a delicious combo.

If you can season/lightly sauce it in a variation of ways each time then it would never suck.

Batter just takes away from the taste too. Unbattered fillets are where its at.

I'm coming to realize as I become more health conscious just how much producers #### up food by adding an exorbitant amounts of nutrition-less #### to them for flavour.

80% of the things on grocery store shelves is just sustenance with more garbage in it than nutrition.
