Leave it in the car for a couple of days, then eat it.

There are a lot of faults in our food industry and expiry dates are one of them. I will drink expired milk indefinitely until it is obvious it's bad (sour, chunky). If it tastes, smells, and looks fine, then it is!

Remember even water has a best before date.

I left chicken out all night and ate it. Only time I've been burned is obviously undercooked chicken.
Lol there is still bacteria that can make you sick...

I probably could have eaten it. I know most expiry dates are pretty meaningless, but 2 months seemed to be pushing it to me.

I read an article very recently that Canada wastes more food than almost any developed country and a lot of it stems from misunderstanding how B.B. dates actually work. It actually mentioned yogurt being a food that is usually fine well past the B.B. date. Those dates often don’t mean the food is spoiled at all, more that the optimum flavour is best by that date. Much of the food we are discarding because of those dates is perfectly fine.

I just bought an 8 pack of yogurt that expires in 2 days, and it was 50% off.
I plan on eating it all, over the next 8 days.
