I am sure it's been said many times, but I want to exterminate the Subway monkey. And the Subway voice guy. And Subway commercials.... and Subway.

Hmm, after seeing the comments about the Trivago guy on here I googles some adds.
I don't understand the issue. He looks like a regular person. My eyes essentially slide away from the ad like he is a Grey Man from Wheel of Time novels.

Maybe its just me but I find the current commercial set that fan960 is using right now is horrible. Cheesy Toyota commercial trying to appeal to the resiliency of "us on the prairies", brutal country hills toyota commercial with that guy that pronounces it 'tie'yota. Horrible jingle commercials like sundance balloons and some travel company.
Ugh. Sorry just had to get that off my chest.

The ones with the guy saying he's gone all over the country with his parenting advice and comparing a horse to a Camero are the worst! All those car commercials are bad on that station, but I've nearly lost my radio a few times hearing the idiocy of those ones.
Jack Carter I think. Boo that man!

Speaking of bad car commercials, the Mitsubishi commercials (I think it is Platinum) in Calgary are brutal. They have had three or four commercials over the past two years that are completely asinine.

I don't like the commercial for pop (I think it's pop) where they are touting that they have a longer, taller can. The girl tells the guy she loves him and he just keep drinking, I guess to avoid saying it back. I hate that commercial because they look like brother and sister to me. It's weird.

Quoting your text for thanks (as I'm out today) and because it made me think of another horrible car commercial on The Fan.
It's a higher end one, Lincoln or Mercedes I think. The voice talks about investment and business decisions and how one has to evaluate the value of an asset and time the market to do it well and then says to buy their car.
A car is not an asset!!! And an expensive car rarely has a good business decision behind it. Get it if you want it and can afford it, but an asset?! Gaaaa!

As the years go by, it continues to amaze me that Fountain Tire keeps using the fake idiot in it's ads. I don't understand why a company would want to use a bumbling moron to sell itself, but it must be working since they're still cranking out these ads.

Hell yes, to both of those. Every time Platinum's commercials come on, I want to walk into their building and do serious damage to their "marketing" team/person.
I don't listen to The Fan station but your comments remind me of that Lexus of Royal Oak commercial on TV. Holy hell.

There's a car one on TV, I think Nissan, about no one at the gas station knowing your name. It's not a terrible ad, but it bugs me every time that the guy who walks in cuts right in front of the other guy in line! While he's paying! What a d-bag.
