The home team has won the first 4 games of the series. More line juggling coming for game 5.

7 goals against, 13 penalties taken, Nilsson lays an egg in his first game of the playoffs, yikes. Oh and another injury.

Dallas comes from behind in the 3rd period to close out the series with a tight 2-1 victory over the Ducks. Dallas unexpectedly cruised past the talent laden Ducks, outscoring them 13-5 in 4 games, thanks in large part to an exceptional special teams effort. The Power Play was an effective 26.32% and accounted for 5/13 goals. Price was very solid posting a .960 SV% and 1.00 GAA.

Happy to leave the series 100% healthy (knock on wood).

Thanks Hes for a fun series. I'm sure that Ducks team will look very different come September as you use the off-season to put your stamp on it.

On to round 2!

Another one goal win at home. Nice to be able to tie the series. We will have our hands full back in Detroit as we were dominated in the first 2 games there. Hopefully we can tweak the lines and see if we can put together a solid road effort.

At least the Ducks have a GM who will finally trade all those Flames bums after a performance like that.

Leafs' offence steps up in a big way, although 13 power-plays will do that for ya. Nice to see Campbell come in and close the door to give McElhinney a night off. Unfortunate injury to a defenceman, but would prefer our luck in that regard so far in this series anyway.

The stage is set for the pivotal Game 5!

Laine scores in his first game back but the rest of our team didnt show up.
We trail 3-1 and find ourselves fighting for our lives, needing to win 3 straight.
Lines back in a blender and we're hoping the gang can win game 5 in front of the home fans.
