The Jets needed some extra PK help after losing Tanev in UFA. Bourque is a solid hustler who I remember being somewhat annoying in the Flames' series against the Avs last year.
I ranked him 19th on the UFA LW list, sandwiched between Tomas Nosek and Magnus Paajarvi (who remains unsigned).
