Wefunk has tons of new funk as well, but I'm not as familiar unfortunately. Sharon Jones is one I know that people seem to really enjoy (she's often compared to James Brown). If you just browse the show listings they all have detailed descriptions - some sets are purely new funk. Also new disco-ish stuff, electro boogie, those types of things.

great thread - i find loads of modern music is funk-influenced, pure funk is much harder.
