Wow, that's nuts. I've seen some episodes of Kitchen Nightmare at the gym on occasion, and for a pair to be so bad that Ramsey won't/can't help, it's crazy.
LOL I watched the episode when it first came out but this is even more entertaining
So one thing I am gathering from the Facebook page is they don't even make the cakes like they claimed to do on the TV show... the only thing Ramsay liked and praised was the cakes

Yeah, someone needs to get them a reality show lol
A few searches on the web shows her real name is Amanda Patricia Bossingham - convicted of fraud.
"The court ordered her to pay $36,294.95 in restitution. Ms. Bossingham pled guilty to submitting an application for a line of credit with M & I Bank using the social security number of another person. The Bank approved the line of credit in the amount of $15,000. On June 15, 2004, the Court sentenced her to fourteen months prison."
If the food was good, they could have some marketing gold. Isn't there a restaurant in Houston that its whole gimmick is rude service?
I've been to the one in Boston a few times. I remember this one couple didn't know what it was about and got upset and left. The best part is being rude right back to them.
What I don't understand is why the owners agreed to be on the show in the first place. They must have agreed that they needed "help" at some point, but being completely unable to handle criticism, what exactly were they expecting help with? It's almost as if they expected Ramsay to waltz in, agree that everything was perfect and beautiful (actually, the place looked legitimately good and the kitchen/freezer was very clean), and then join them in a tirade against the "haters" and "bullies".

I think she straight up says that's why she wants Ramsay to visit her "restaurant."
I've never seen this show before but it's freaking great. Gonna have to watch more of these.
