This song`s been out a few weeks but it is a major ear worm for me. I'll be doing stuff and all the sudden in my head hear the "Gold rush" chant in my head. Gibbard needs to change that haircut though. Little too old for that look now.

I listened to Mike Shinoda's album (from Linkin Park). Plays like a b-side Linkin Park album that more subdued and less loud, but overall I like it. 16 tracks which could've easily dropped to 10, but it just okay.

Drake drops a double album (which is actually really good), the new Gorillaz album is out (which is way more chill and overall better than last year's Humanz), and Florence - the Machine drops an above average one that didn't enrapture me.
Late to the party but I'm loving the new Drake. Mob Ties is pretty awesome...

The new Dirty Projectors album Lamp Lit Prose was released last week and is getting some strong reviews. I haven't been interested in Dave Longstreth's stuff since the mid 2000's album Bitte Orca, mostly because his stuff was too experimental and not pleasing enough despite being interesting, but I decided to give this new album a listen. It's pretty accessible, while still maintaining some new and unique sonic styling. It's not for everyone, but I really, really like it.
This track is definitely worth a listen.
