I have a good friend in Reno. He joined a mega-church which has been good for him in many ways, but he has also been brainwashed into the Trump Cult. His Facebook and LinkedIn pages are now full of outrageous Trump claims and memes. He is losing some friends, and others are just blocking his social media feeds. It is hard to understand how this intelligent person has fallen for these ideas. Some think the church has taken advantage of him when he was vulnerable and needed support.

the_donald subreddit (long since banned) originally started out as a parody reddit on Trump, back when he first started his campaign and no one took him seriously. Then it slowly morphed into one of the biggest cult sites I've ever seen

They very well could be stealing a bunch of ####, but it's likely just part of the transition. Each President installs their own artwork, statues, busts, etc of people and leaders they admire. When Obama was there he had art by black artists and stuff related to black political leaders. Trump obviously didn't have any of that there.
I believe this stuff is housed in some off site facility and the administration gets to pick and choose from their catalogue.
