Gultuzan isn't a great coach, and Peters is obviously a huge step up, but let's not act like the additions of Lindholm and Hanifin, plus the emergence of Rittich, didn't play an enormous part in the Flames becoming a 1st place team.
Both goalies won 20+ games. Rittich improved on his previous season by 11 wins.
However, it can be argued that if Gulutzan had simply kept Gio/Brodie together, put Dougie on the 2nd pair and let Gio be Norris Gio for two years, he'd still have his job.
