Default Daniel Ryder

Not sure if anyone cares, but it seems Ryder has finished his trial with the Bruins and was let go.

(not sure how reliable Dobber is, but he mentions it)

Damn waste of a prospect...

Sad, but not surprising in the least.

That is two. How could two....count them.....two flailing franchises be so stupid to let this guy get away?

Wading into more subjective waters, i wouldn't say there was a lot of competition for Ryder on that Providence team either. I like Marchand and there are some point producers, but Boston is a team that has really pushed young guys onto the big team leaving a little bit of elbow room for Ryder to strut is "huge" offensive talents.

Pass.

Probably will, considering Lowe and Guy Flaming have similar tastes in Kool-Aid. If it happens... Schremp watch out!

Now Daniel should have plenty of time to take a "Break" from professional hockey. What a waste of talent.

Sorry for being off topic, but having watched him play for Halifax...blech. and blech some more. Extremely unimpressed. Major puck hog. Seemed to have a big, big ego. I may be wrong, but I think he got benched (or maybe not even dressed?) for a playoff game or 2. I'm not sure about that last statement (playoff one), but the rest...not a fan.

He could be a little chippy....i just remember him from the world juniors mostly. It was more a comment about who Ryder was up against in the in the Bruins' prospect pool. He couldn't use depth in front of him as an issue.

I didn't realize he was from Bonavista. I'm not clever enough to think of a witty comment though...

Its because we didn't televise games while he was here in qc so the pbp man couldn't bring it up every sentence......
